This is weird.When i try to upload an avatar which is 100x100,that error message appears.Why is that?

Edit:This is the image i wanna upload.

Because the avatar has to be less that 15kb. Just paste http://i44.tinypic.com/2hp0i6q.jpg where it says "Avatar URL".
