I was wondering if anyone could help me...I would like to breed a sneasel with a jolly nature and the moves ice punch and pursuit. I am not entirely sure how to get both moves. I have read the online guides but that doesn't really help me.
Anyone got any suggestions?

I think you can only do it with smeargle. Sketch pursuit and ice punch with smeargle and breed with a sneasel.

Smeargle can Sketch anything and pass it down through breeding. But there's another way. Get a Zangoose in Emerald and have it learn Pursuit (by leveling up). Teach it Ice Punch via the Battle Frontier move tutor and breed with female Jolly Sneasel holding an Everstone. With Ice Punch being a tutor move in Platinum too, you can do it there as well assuming you have Platinum.
