Hypnosis yanmega? waste of an awesome pokemon...
Well, let's start with individual Pokemon.

Yanmega is fine, although, if you have HP Ground, it can replace the now 60% accurate Hypnosis.

I wish Cresselia had a Bold nature, but if that's what you have, that's what you have.

Rock Polish Tyranitar? Dragon Dance with a Jolly Nature hits 361, and you get a 550 Attack Score+ a Life Orb... Rock Polish makes T-tar unnecessarily fast and some-what underpowered. On the set, Fire Punch > EQ. Scizor is just WAY to common to not have this. The other thing- consider Babiri berry over the Life Orb. Scizor just has to come in on Ttar then use Bullet Punch and then you're dead (CB Technician OHKOes with SR down.) If you are to use the Babiri berry, use Fire Punch so you can OHKO the little red bug.

Bronzong's cool.

Electivire with Expert Belt is... interesting. I recommend Meditate over Cross Chop, and the Life Orb over Expert Belt. You switch in on an electric attack, then use Meditate as the foe switches out, and then kick butt.

Blissey is fine.

You have two major team synergy problems: Ttar and Cresselia with Moonlight does not bode well (Cress only recovers 25% of its HP IIRC.) To fix that, I recommend ditching Tyranitar or changing Cresselia to a Rest-talker. The other issue involves Electivire. Kudos to you for using him, but there's one Pokemon that is weak to Electric, and he's more apt to take a Fire or Rock attack than an electric one. However, there is a simple fix. Gyarados > Tyranitar. This way, you solve the Cresselia problem and the Electivire problem.

So at the end of the day, the team looks like this:
