your 2 teams have no walls or supporters. they are very important for your teams. replace some of your pokemon for them.

Actually he wants to pass the Belly Drum with Smeargle.
I would suggest this:
Jolly Smeargle at full speed and the HP Divisible by 4
Spore
Belly Drum
Substitute
Baton Pass

You usually go like this:
1st turn: Spore
2nd turn Belly Drum
3d turn Substitute---->Salac activates
4th turn Baton Pass

You may change the way you use your attacks according to the situation.
Note that you should use Smeargle against something that is slower than you, or else it might destroy you.

on your normal team, i can tell one thing about you. you like water types, huh? try adding fire and grass and, this maybe because i don`t care for normal types, but if you want a normal type on your team, i recomend zangoose. otherwise, i say get a dragon type to replace smeargle
