Legendary Pokémon

this is a tour with these rules:
you must use only ice type pokemon+ubers+Legendaries
you can use double type pokemon
you can change your team
you use 3 pokemon but in the finals you can use 6
arceus with ice plate is not allow
the battles will take place in pokemon online[po]at beta server
all moves are allow+ohko[only seer cold,not others]
after the battle one of the players must send me the log[with pm]

I think that he means pokemon from all generations. There aren't so many Ice Type Pokemon Also, I think that you must put some better rules. What about items, clauses etc.? There are many parts that you must fix before we start.
