Legendary Pokémon

For everyone who hasn't read about this, check here.

I'm posting here for two reasons. Because many members don't check the main page, and because I'd like to get some information from Arty2 (or any other admin).

First of all, between a weekly or monthly newsletter, I'd pick one that's "out" every 14 days.
What I'd like to learn however, is what the content would be. What would be written, and WHO would write; the admins, the members?

I for one am not interested in news, but this may appeal to other members. Depends on the news though

I would personally be more interested if this were to be kinda like a fanzine with some original content, not just a reproduction of the main page. Although even just this would not be bad for members who don't log on often or don't check anything other than the forums.
