Legendary Pokémon

Hello,

I'm new to the whole trading thing, i've played for many years but was gone for many of them deployed overseas in the Army. I missed out on aquireing many of the legendary pokemon such as :

Mew
Regice
Registeel
Regirock
Latias
Kyogre
Jirachi
Deoxys
Manaphy
Phione
Shaymin
Arceus

Please know what I can trade for them, Also I don't know much about trading so please walk me through it and please all unique and real pokemon

It's pretty simple, all you need to do is trade friend codes (look in your pal pad) with your friend and go to the Wi-Fi club (assuring you have Wi-Fi, if not... go to like the airport or McDonald or somewhere with free Wi-Fi) after coordinating a time to meet with you friend and trade pokemon.

You should trade them for other event pokemon or legendary pokemon (or shiny pokemon if you are lucky).

For example:

I'll trade you a Celebi for your Manaphy. They are both event pokemon as well as legendary pokemon, so I see this as a fair trade (I would really offer this is you wanted).
