I think that you should add the items and the evs to this team to make it rateable.You should also write for which generations this team is.Anyway with a quick look i would say that this team is not ok so you should learn some more things for competitive battling before posting it.

all of them are lv87

expert belt=lucario
latios razor claw
togekiss sharp beak
milotic mystic water
and i think i gave all of them those stat raisers(protein etc.) i gave them ten of each (its maximum)
so most of their stats are high

How to rate a team without Ev'z and explaining the role of every pokemon?

Learn how to make an appropriate RMT if you want sth like this or dont make it at all.....
