Here are some sprites if you want to make one.

How can I create my own, which program I need?plz answer me

you can open this image: http://i16.tinypic.com/4orq4xj.jpg (which fr3 showed) with ms paint, except if you have paint.net or photoshop etc. Try it and you'll see it's easier than it looks...

The program you need is already installed in your PC. It's called 'Paint'. Go to Start-->All Programs-->Accessories-->Paint. Also, you need some sprites(Pokemon, buildings, trees etc.). I already posted where you can find these things.

Now, if you want t make the process easier, if I were you, I'd use Photoshop CS3 and/or Paint.NET.(Photoshop CS3 is kind of a difficult program ) If you can't use Paint(which I doubt), you can download and install Paint.NET. I already gave you the link to download some sprites. If you need more, you can PM me. Hope you make some super Pokecities. ^^

You just put the sprites wherever you want.

I made a pokecity only xara-lampos know how.

I am rather new to this but not to spriting.
Here are some of my sprites
This one your character awakens from a coma after being nearly killed by Arceus

save your sprites in .png so it won't be so big (in kilobytes)

I've downloaded Paint.net and installed it but cannot make a pokecity. Please help!!!

Λοιπόν. Θα αναλύσω τα βήματα ένα-ένα.

1. Κατέβασε τα εξής:
   • Γρασίδι.
   • Άμμος.
   • Νερό.
   • Νερό II.
   • Sprites.
   • Sprites II.
   • Sprites III.
     
2. Έπειτα, άνοιξε το «Γρασίδι» με το Paint.net ή το Paint. Μετά άνοιξε και τα "Sprites", κάνε τα αντιγραφή με τα εργαλεία, και έπειτα κάνε τα επικόλληση πάνω στο «Γρασίδι». Και να μοιάζει σαν του Birch:
   
   
   

Εάν δεν ξέρεις πως, μάθε πρώτα τα εργαλεία ή ασχολήσου λίγο με το πρόγραμμα, και έπειτα κάνε την «πόλη».
