Don't use Zen mode, it's regular Sheer force abillity is better. Also at this point you could use the Nimbasa Stadiums to level up a bit. Or a more cheap way would be to transfer some pokemon over from the previous generations

Asuming your team is the same as in the origonal post i say you should replace Unfezant, Simipour or Serperior. I'd say it's pretty straightforward that Unfezant should go, but i assume (s)he is your team's flyer?
I'm not replacing serpirior because he was my starter. And yes unfezant is my team flyer and I use simipour for surf. I want to change simipour though. Oh and my fraxure is now a haxorus

Btw i didnt use hacks i did trades and events
My main game team in Black right now is Gardevoir, Bisharp, Volcarona, Samurott, Flygon and Luxray. All between 80/90.
Nice team I haven't played in a while but I'm gonna restart my game game and pick tepig instead as my starter, and send some Pokemon from 4th gen to my game to make an epic team.

You cannot transfer before finishing the pokemon league. If you have someone to trade with him though -like I did- this aint gonna be a problem.
Make sure to have your pokemon as eggs though, or make them have eggs, so your team would be totaly raised by you.
