Legendary Pokémon

So, I got the Nintendo 3DS and I downloaded the Pokedex. While it's fun (for a short amount of time), I don't know how to "bring" Pokemon to the real world. If I'm not mistaken, you have to use the so-called Pokemon AR Viewer Card. Still, I can't find a picture of this card so I can print it.

Somebody, please tell me exactly what to do and how to. I'll be in debt.
