Wow, you certainly put effort into this.

Personally, I don't really love the general concept of ghost/dark Pokémon. However, it would be interesting if such a legendary existed. It also looks like the legendary beasts from the 2nd gen. As for the sketch, well I guess it could be better but I can't really judge it since I have never drawn digitally myself. Maybe you could improve its anatomy a bit. I think its legs are too thin and they bend in a bit weird way. Anyway, it's a rather decent simplistic draw.

Even if it's probably not gonna be added in any game, I really like the fact that you added all these detailed stats (btw, why did you add base eggs steps when it can not breed?).

Coming to think of it, I could also present my fakemon. I just have to make a sketch of it.

Lol, but yeah, this is great. For a second, I almost thought that thing was a pony though Evidently, I need more sleep...

Although your design has a few anatomical inconsistencies, you've done a good job with the pixel art there although your pictures are not exactly "sprites". I'd also suggest that you save your pixel art in either GIF or PNG since JPG's produce artifacts that spoil it; JPG's are for photographs only.
I must admit that your name reminded me of Shakiro.
In any case, keep up using your imagination and doing the things you enjoy.

I admit it still need tweeking, I wanted something both scary and beutiful, something that looked crossed with a wolf and a doberman I guess, but at the same time I wanted to keep it simple. it's name comes the real life legendary phantom hound that was the inperation behind "Hound of the Baskervilles" Black Shuck, as for egg steps, well apparently for some reason all pokemon have them, even if they can't breed for some wierd reason. in terms of power, how strong would you say Shuckiro is, how would you feel if it jumped out at you especialy if it unexpectedly did so near the beginning of the game at lv.50, as a teaser before fleeing?

The wind would blow it away at any second... It looks too frail to be a legend :/
The sprite needs some work, but you sure worked on it. It's obvious.

Also, I think its movepool isn't really one that legendaries usually have. It lacks in variety.

But it oughta get FATTER.
