Final verdict:



Nintendo's conference was a letdown, not Microsoft-tier shit, but they sure tried. I hope tomorrow's show on the 3DS makes up for it somehow. Obviously, what got me interested the most is Watch Dogs, definite purchase. Beyond was the other game that made me want to check it out, but it will most probably be a PS3 exclusive so no luck. Overall, I wasn't too excited this year.

New God of War. Unlimited fap. Now that's what I call "over9000 graphics". Actually, I've never said it, but nvm.

Umm... God of War was so disapponting... It's like a devolution of the series. At least it has multiplayer...

Also, i agree with the grades above. Yeah, the E3 2012 was mediocre...

Really, all the conferences were disappointing except for Ubisoft's. Ubisoft's conference was good but had very bad presentation. Nintendo's conference is.. lol. They really didn't show anything we didn't know already. Both new super mario's look okay I guess, Paper Mario looks very fun, and Luigi's Mansion looks orgasmic. Castlevania: Mirror of Fate is.. okay. They didn't mention neither fire emblem not monster hunter which is very disappointing, even though they confirmed that Fire Emblem will have an american release.

ZombiU looks fun and actually looks good and has the survival horror element, unlike a lot of new horror games.

No mention of ANY of Nintendo's big franchises besides Mario =/ where is Zelda and Super Smash that they said they have been working on last year? I'm also disappointed they didn't even MENTION Fire Emblem.. They didn't even say anything about Heroes of Ruin either, which is the most promising game on the 3DS besides luigi's mansion =/

Ubisoft's games were very good, and their conference is actually the best this year. Watch Dogs looks like an amazing new IP, ACIII looks okay even though I'm not interested, Far Cry 3 looks good, and so does Ghost Recon.

And fr3quency i'm not even gonna argue about you with that lol.

Btw, ninjomewtwo, the image you posted is wrong. Nintendo had a whole conference just for the 3DS, which was boring and didn't have anything new but yeah.

I think by that he meant it was a downgrade from the previous God of Wars.

I don't know though, I've never played it.

The graphics changed. There is a new art style but I personally think that this is very bad. I liked the original :/ So, I find that, as sweet devil said, it has been downgraded graphically. As I said, this is just personal. I don't like the art style at all.


@Sweet Devil: Fire Emblem was confirmed for Europe at a Nintendo Direct. Pokemon Conquest was also confirmed, but we haven't heard about it for a long time I belive that they will show them at a Nintendo Direct before August. There they will confirm Monster Hunter 3G(and 4!) for Europe

Also, for me, Paper Mario was the best 3DS Games. Best of E3: Watch Dogs. And I hope that it will come for Wii U...

Yeah, Fire Emblem was confirmed to have an american release too, Nintendo announced it on twitter. I don't think we'll be getting MH3G though, but we can dream..

Personally, the games I'm most excited about: Luigi's Mansion, Far Cry 3, Tomb Raider, Fire Emblem, Heroes of Ruin, Watch Dogs, Castlevania: Mirror of Fate and Zone of the Enders HD. There are a bunch of games I'm interested in, but not exactly excited about them.
