I just caught it like 2 minutes ago in the Abundant Shrine Lvl 45 while searching for a Slowpoke.

I hate Basculin even more than Zubats! It's stupid, it's a fish, it doesn't evolve, it's ugly and can be found everywhere!
The shiny version looks the same as the regular color too... hehe but its a real shiny, if anything i'll raise it to lvl 100 4Fun
