Legendary Pokémon

I would really like to get Deoxys for Pokémon Black 2

I can trade Cresselia or level 100 Mienshao

I'm looking for my Son (7). He got this game a few weeks ago and has his heart set on getting Dexoys.

Sorry to disappoint you,but the Wi-Fi features for DS games (including Gen4 and Gen5 Pokemon games) are discontinued.
The only way to trade and battle now is by infrared or wireless.

and how do we go about trading wireless - with a friend of his?

Gen IV is Diamond/Pearl/Platinum/HeartGold/Soulsilver
Gen V is Black/White/Black2/White2

To trade wireless, you have to be in the same room with a friend of his. There is a button on the touch screen of the DS that says wireless.
So if any of your son's friends are willing to trade him Deoxys, that's what you do. If not, I'm sorry that I can't help.
