Ah, I'll say it's Ninjask. It's yellow, it can get Baton Pass and it can fly, though it cannot get the move Fly in the game.

Zapdos was what I had in my mind but Ninjask matches the tips as well so, either fr3 or Char, post the next tips. (Damn, I thought the Pokédex would have Ninjask as a black Pokémon but it's yellow. )
