Legendary Pokémon

A pokemon with the ability Inner Focus will never flinch.
Focus Punch is a fighting move such that you go last, and if you get hit by their attack, you will flinch instead. If you dont, however, its a strong move.

So can a pokemon with Inner Focus use Focus Punch without fail? Ive never tried it.

no, it doesn't hit if the user gets hit before using the actual attack.
