One thing. It has been said millions of times in this forum and I'll take my time to say it once more. Never... Whoops, I forgot something. NEVER... Same thing again. NEVER save your sprites as .jpg! It destroys your sprites quality and you can see it too. See all those dots in your sprite? They weren't there when you spliced those Pokémon, right? Always save them as .bmp or .png, .png being better for saving space. You'll notice the difference when you do it.
