"MASSIVE LAZEAH WARPFIELD HAIRZORZ" is what you get when you wash your hair with this. Yes, Fantina uses it. Imo, Fantina sux as a Gym Leader since you can get about 3-4 Pokémon with Bite until you get to her. I have never faced her in a contest, so idk. But I'll vote 3 and 4. Her hairstyle is as nice as good a Magikarp can be before level 15.

You see Fantina, Jasmine and your mom (really! she´s there!) at almost any master contest.
(I was in a contest with Fantina and her Drifblim and Jasmine with her Steelix at the master smart contest).
