Nice team!xD I don´t like very much the way you distributed the EVs, though.
Well, I´d like to say something about Ditto:
Give it 252 EVs on HP, some on speed (to make it be at least with 198 speed points, at level 100) and the rest on Def. Then, give it Quick Powder.

what quick powder do ? and as for ev you can always tell me some changes xD and as for items and the q for double team any answers?xD

If I´m not mistaken, Quick Powder doubles Ditto´s speed. Or at least it raises it 1,5 times. So, you could be able to use transform first!
