On a purely physica Arcanine with Howl?Why?It's supposed to have a far greater Attack than Sp.Attack based on the EVs,nature and role.A Special move will be weak.
Yeah, what can a special Ambipom do? Just a Nasty Plot, Life Orb, Technician, STABed Swift. Which means a move with 175 power fired off a stat of 438. What a useless thing. Oh, and it save itself by passing the Nasty Plot boost away to another sweeper. Special Ambipom is a decent threat imo.
And a HP of any type with 59 power so as not to lose 1 speed point+technician=about 90 base power,+LO+Nasty Plot.It may be really hard to raise in-game,but totally destructive.
