Okay so.
Let me remind you of some things.
THE SHOUTBOX IS PART OF THE FORUM AS WELL AND THE RULES OF THE FORUM APPLY TO IT TOO.
If you cannot comply to the rules then don't but we WILL ban you...
For instance:
On 29th Dec. 2008 The Human Torch Managed to get the first via shoutbox ban given from me.He insulted sb that sb insulted him back.That made me warn both of them hard enough according to my judgement and told both of them to calm down.
However The Human Torch had no such intention thus willingly continuing the insults.That resulted in a week's ban.
