Nope. Domain names with the extensions .COM, .NET, and .ORG (:I) need to be paid for..

However, you can get .CO.NR and .TK domains for free. =3

what kind of site you have create?

i want information on how i can create my own website, how many ways there are to develop one, and such. i don't want it to be free(so it won't have a subdomain like http://mysite.forumotion.com), and i want it to have a mysql database and support php. disk space and other stuff don't concern me much. the things that concern me most are the site domain(.com, .net, .gr), and the server my site will be hosted by.

if anyone can give me information on how i can create my own server and website, and also other details, post here, and thank you in advance.-

ps: i'm not a pro or something, so i may not be explaining things the right way. assistance would be helpful.

In any case I suggest you prefer a .net/.com domain and a foreign host provider, they're cheaper and their deals/services are way better than any Greek one. If you're concerned about using credit cards on the internet, you could look into some pre-paid Visa solution, almost any bank has such plans, you don't pay anything extra than the cash you load into the card plus is absolutely safe.
