Making it a little more interesting and since I'm not into battling, I'm gonna give a Celebi that activates the in-game events in HGSS and BW to the winner. Just so that there is a prize in the tournament.

Well, skorp, you got a point. However, as I said, I think it would be nice to carry out a tournament now because it's a great opportunity to make some sets on our own and have fun with it (cause I don't think copying sets from Smogon is more fun than making your own sets), so I can't wait to see which Pokemon will get banned. So, I just banned the most powerful Pokemon of this Gen, which I thought that should be banned. About Kyuremu and Victini, I don't think that they are strong enough to get banned, taking into consideration that Victini's total base stats are as high as Shaymin's (Land forme) and it's also weak to Water, Ground, Ghost, Dark and Rock. About Kyuremu, although it has great stats, it's weak to Dragon, Fighting, Rock and Steel- type attacks, most of which are pretty common and of course, neither of them is uncounterable. I hope you see why I banned only the version mascots only. There might be some other Pokemon hat I should ban, but I haven't checked out every single Pokemon, so I might have missed them. And last, the rules are now set. These are the rules that the people above accepted to abide by.

Well, there's no deadline, but I think I'll wait up until 2 more people sign up.
