Hmm u can build a team with pokemons like rattata learn them endeavor,quick attack 1lvl (with focus band).And the opponent attacks you,u have 1HP from focus band and then u use endeavor and quick attack and u can spam this will all the pokemons that can learn those 2 moves...(it shouldn't be banned a team like this?)

Advice:
Spyros and Chaos are experienced enough to counter this team quite easily...

But do everything you want...

I know they are experienced maybe it was the worst group for me (I don't gonna use this team cuz i know they will find a way to beat it so i will put my knowledge for the win of this battle) (in 30 mins start my 1st battle with spyros and spyros wants the battle cuz he has 1 lose)
