inthe gts i looked for a deoxys but some were wanting lvl 100 pokes and i dont have amny of those

Hm...Deoxys is very good....i like the attack an' defense form. But I beat my deoxys (from Pearl) lvl50 with a team lower than lvl30 (from Soul Silver)

Nothing but 1 line answers. 
Personally, I find Deoxys to be very versatile, but it's also very specialized, which makes it more restrained at the same time. There are some things it can do very well, but it can't do many of them at the same time, mainly depends on the Forme. It can act as a very efficient lead in the Uber metagame (usually Speed Forme), as an anti-lead (preferably using its Attack Forme), or even as a late game clean-upper (Attack Forme once again), or a Spike-Stacker using either its Defence or Speed Forme (both of which play in a different way, since the Speed Forme tries to stop turn 1 set-up, setting its own entry hazards or screens up on the same type,whereas the Defence Forme takes a more defensive approach to Spike-Stacking, although it's nowhere near as common as the Speed Forme.
The worst part about Deoxys is definitely its frail defences on its offensive Formes, while its Defence Forme is somewhat underwhelming. As a result, it has to do its job before getting hit by any move, as well as watch out for priority moves. But it's still very usable.
Aaaaand, since this is not the competitive battling forum, Deoxys is so much better in the anime where it can freely cycle between all of its formes to show its true capacities.
