Actually, Blissey doesn't need max HP in the first place. T-Wave is nice for Pokemon that try to set up when it's out(DDMence).

If you want your Blissey to resist even fighting moves, you need to max it's HP and Def. (Although a strong and STABed one may still KO it.)

Why would you stay in against a fighting Pokemon without counter anyways?
