Charizard's Arceus wins this time. It was technically the best and I also liked the blue color on it. Congrats Char!

Next contest, recolor a Lugia, using yellow color for the blue parts of Lugia. The other colors are up to you. Judging next week, blah blah blah, you know the deal.
