Woohoo, I won, back to setting contests then. So. What do we have here. This is a color pallette as you can see.

The colors of this pallette are lighter than those of the sprites. So, what you have to do is recolor any sprite using the colors of the pallette above. BUT. If you are going to recolor Charizard for example, you'll make it orange. If you choose Sceptile, green. That means you have to use the color of that Pokémon. I hope you understand what I mean.
