Perfect for first time! But the outlines arent so good...

Lucario is right. It's very good for first time. BUT: 1) Recolour the outlines as well. 2) Do not use the standard colours of MS Paint. Either pick the colours you want from another sprite or create your own colours via the Custom Colours option (This is only for advanced spriters though... I can't do it correctly...)

Try to recolour the same Gengar again if you want and you'll see... It will be very better!

I like it very much. It's very good. My first sprite was really a disaster. Yours is great........
