Microsoft Paint. Why?

I thaght that the quality was from photoshop but anyway, thx.

Well, recolourings are so simple that we don't need the ultra-complex Photoshop. MS Paint is the perfect program and if I were to choose one, it would be Paint.

Here is my first 4th gen recolouring. Rentorer, my favorite 4th gen Poké:

I think Microsoft Paint is the most suitable for recoloring sprites........It's more simple......

I agree! Very good job Ninja! Rentorer is one of my favorite 4th gen Pokemon, too! (It's one of the few that reminds of the old ones because it's like a normal Pokemon...)

well, i made my first pixel art, but i don't know where to pu it. it does kind of make sense to put it here though, as it is really a recoloring of the pixel art w/ the games sprite. well, i made a rentorer:
