I am allowing people to change their teams because otherwise their opponents are entirely predictable. It really is a true test of skill in the way that you have to be ready for anything the foe can throw at you. If we had "set team," it really be a test of who has the best information about their opponent.

We need all of it (except for your favorite Pokemon, because we can guess that,) not just your username. Communication will be easier if we know what Time Zone you're in and what time you're online (in your local time.)

Short Answer: No. What is on the tiering list is final.
Longer Answer: I too, hate Jirachi (escpecially a Scarfed with Iron Head,) but there aren't too many reasons why we should.
