"So, the all-famous Emma Sonoro, enticed by Exploud's gift..." Oak speculated, "It's no wonder she deafened all these people. Thank goodness she didn't kill them out of her naiveness and inablity to control the sound waves she emits." he finished
"Where was she last spotted?" Aya asked.
"The concert was held in the Celadon Arena but as far as I know, she lives in Saffron City.." Oak answered.

"I got faxed with these photos, as to the police some logical explanation..." said Oak, showing you several pictures of a human-like creature, his skin resembling an oozy, pink substance.
"He is Dylan Morpheus. He is apparently the one with the DItto genes, He seems to be unspottable!" Oak explains.
"The thing is..." Aya starts, "Whom do we visit first..."
