It doubles its speed before it transforms.

No,after you transform you lose the speed....quickpowder is waste now

Ehm... I don't really get the topic of this thread. Is it about expressing our first impressions on the Gen V competitive battling? Is it about recommending sets and such thing (although the metagame hasn't stabilized yet)? Is it for both?
Anyways, I'll move on and express my opinion. As sweet-devil said, I can see that there are many Pokemon with exorbitant stats, abilities and movesets. Ononokusu is a good example since it has an insane Attack stat and decent Speed. Combining them with Dragon Dance and several kickass Physical attacks it has in its movepool, it will probably be one one of the Pokemon that will dominate the battlefields. Also, Doryuuzu thanks to its sky-high Attack stat and its ability to raise its Speed in a Sandstorm make it a fearsome Pokemon. Moreover, Torunerosu, Borutorosu and Randorosu would be great Mixed Sweepers, although it seems to me that they will be in the Uber tier. Same goes for Aakeosu (which will probably be an OU though). Sazandora could make both a good Special and Physical Sweeper (I believe that, although, one of these two would be more preferable than Mixed Sweeper, the latter is still a decent option). Finally, I'd like to underscore Shandera's huuuuge Special Attack stat base. However, its movepool is not that great.
Done.

Well, the truth is that this is a case I have benn thinking about. I mean the Scarf'd Shandera. Thus, its Speed stat can go up to 426, but what should the moveset be like? Flamethrower/Overheat/Fire Blast, Shadow Ball, Hidden Power and (maybe) Psychic/Energy Ball? The bad point of this is tat it can't carry Trick.
Also, another thing that I have spotted out is that Claw Sharpen can be carried by tones of Pokemon.

I don't see anything wrong with that set. There is also the option of Sub + Calm Mind + 2 attacks.

Dream World Pikachu with Lightningrod, Light Ball and Thunderbolt anyone? 306 Speed, 597 Special Attack if it gets the Lightningrod boost, hits harder that freakin' Specs Jolteon and outspeeds neutral nature base 100 Speed Pokémon. Yeah, I know it's still Pikachu but I'm gonna try that out.
I also see a lot of Protect + Disable Gengar (lead or not) on Youtube, seems like Disable's now 100% accuracy makes that combo good.
By the way, about Jaroda, Chandelier, Ditto, that Pikachu above, etc., we still have to wait until they are actually available via Dream World and I hope that the PO guys will disable the Dream World abilities soon.

Flamethrower / Hidden Power Ground / Shadow Ball / Energy Ball @ Choice Scarf might work out.
Pure type coverage.

Well, I agree that this set is pretty great, but as I have said before, the metagame hasn't still stabilized. This means that a set which sounds great now might not be that great after some months.
Also Urugamosu impressed me. Fire/Bug-type is kind strange, but it is weak against Water, Rock and Flying-type moves, so I guess it's not bad. Also, it has great SpAtk and Speed stats and can learn Butterfly Dance and Fire Dance. So, Fire Dance, Bug Buzz, Butterfly Dance and Hidden Power [Water]/Hidden Power [Ground] maybe? Fire Dance is powerful (well, not as much as Fire Blast, Heat Wave etc.) and it may also give a SpAtk boost. Bug Buzz is a must I think, since Urugamosu's moveset is kinda limited and Bug Buzz is a decent option (+ STAB ofc) and Butterfly Dance ups SpDef, SpAtk and Speed. About Hidden Power, Water and Ground let it effectively hit Fire-types. Now, Ground hits Pokes like Heatran and other Pokemon that Water doesn't, but Water hits Fire-types like Moltres, Charizard and other Urugamosu. Gale is still an option, but it's inaccurate, so I wouldn't put it on Urugamosu.
Well, sometimes it looks like they are trying to create the ultimate offensive Pokemon.

Yeah Uragamosu is a Great Special Sweeper but it loses 50 % of his power after stealth rock so it will nead a Rapid spin Partner.
Off-topic: Pokemon Online Server is closed so the only way to check some pokemon is via youtube. Also something i forgoted to say before is tha Sandstorm teams are very common and the only way to stop Doryuuzu(in sandstorm after Sword dance) is to use a scarf ditto or Priority move.

You can also change the weather, since PO gives you access to Dream World abilities, you can switch in a Politoed or something.

Starts at 199, x2 due to the Light Ball, x1.5 due to Lightningrod = 597.

Fixed .....
@Ninjomewtwo i forgot about Drizzle Politoed and Drough Ninetales because most of the players there used a Sandstorm team with Tyranitar,Doryuuzu,Gliscor and Garchomp
