Charizard flies over Earthquake which wrecks so many Fire types. Charizard can be pretty mean once Blaze kicks in. In the case of physical Charizard, Flare Blitz with Blaze active after some Dragon Dancing is painful, but when you HP is that low, I'm not sure you really want the recoil. Be wary though, with Stone Edge and Rock Slide all over the place, it's not very safe for Charizard. There's also Stealth Rock...
Arcanine is very nice, but has the Earthquake issue. Sunnybeaming may deter it, somewhat. It's more defensive than Charizard and has more HP, so Flare Blitz (physical route) seems more reasonable. Thunder Fang can also be handy.
Ninetales is meh, but and Earthquake. It's got excellent speed though. You also need to take note of Nasty Plot which can help that sort of low S.ATK (81). A (Wide Lens?) Hypnosis, do some Nasty Plotting and then deal out some pain. If you went with Wide Lens, Fire Blast becomes even more reliable. Energy Ball can help with some water types. I'm not sure how to breed Energy Ball and Hypnosis on a Vulpix though, if possible. Switching into a fire attack (Flash Fire) gives Ninetales the boost it needs to really cause trouble. Without that, it's kind of meh.
