Yeah, I spent a lot of hours trying to find certain Pokemon, trying Pokemon amie, online battles etc

Anyone managed to evolve Riolu or Eevee? (I caught a Riolu around lv 10 and i have it level 28 and still nothing)

Eevee evolves only with a specific stone, level up in specific places or high friendship.
