1)Salamence in Gen Iv isnt banned?

2)Latios and Deoxys-S is now on suspect list of smogon,not banned too?

I dont know yet but can I partisipate and in how many days does this take place(ποτε γινετε)

1. Salamence is not banned in Gen IV.

2. Latios is banned in Gen IV, Latios (with Soul Dew) is banned in Gen V and Deoxys (all of its formes) is banned in both Gen IV and Gen V.
