The Mega-Evolved Fire/Dragon-type Charizard that we all have been waiting for is real! Meet Mega Charizard X, exclusive in Pokémon X.
It also has the new ability Tough Claws, which boosts the power of attacks that are based on physical contact.
Last but definitely not least, we can clearly see that Mega Charizard X participates in a sky battle, that only Flying-type Pokemon or ones with the ability Levitate can participate in. This makes us think that they don’t take type change into account during those specific battles.
