Nice, nice I have also been sketching ponies since I started watching the show, here's one with Luna I've made during the summer. I'd like to hear any opinions/suggestions about it and if anyone else has created anything similar it would be nice to share.

Well, durnsparce you could improve your drawings a bit. I suggest firstly practicing sketching without colors, since colors can make a good sketch look bad or a bad one even worse if they aren't used correctly. Personally, I don't like drawing with color and the outcome isn't that good neither. Then you can follow a basic pony sketching guide to learn the basics. You have to pay attention to their faces and expressions since these two are highlighted at cartoons. Proportions are also improtant as well as the pose since these two will make your sketch look correct. It doesn't have to be realistic but it needs to look correct. As long as you practice trying to improve yourself you will notice the difference.

And here are a couple of guides. Note, I don't completely agree with any of them but they are good for reference. And then you can always try things for yourself and see what suits you better.

Yeah, they are soo creative about announcing announcements, thing is we still haven't seen a single episode of this season 3. I'm afraid they might be trying too hard and there are chances this season won't be that good. Hopefully, I am mistaken.
