I´ll "re-post" your team too make it easier to read, ok? I´ll also give you my opinions.
Garchomp
Adamant@item?
Sand Veil
6 HP, 252 Atk, 252 Spd
- Dragon Claw
- Earthquake
- Stone edge
- Swords Dance
Nice moveset... but it´s easily walled by Skarmory and Bronzong, be careful. And since it´s Adamant, make sure it´ll have at least 300 points of speed - which means that it should be almost top of speed... I don´t know which item suits better... maybe Life Orb to boost even more your Attack power or Lum Berry, ´cause Will-o´Wisp and Stun Spore would kill Garchomp.
Weavile
Jolly@item?
Pressure
6 HP, 252 Atk, 252 Spd
- Ice Punch
- Brick Break
- Night Slash
- Sword dance
The basic moveset... really nice. I would give a Focus Sash to Weavile, to grant it a turn to use Swords Dance - without Focus Sash, anything would KO Weavile if it tries to Swords Dance. Or Life Orb, to boost its power. If you´ll try Life Orb, you have to predict well and make your foe switch out to use Swords Dance.
Porygon-Z
Modest@item?
Adaptability
6 HP, 252 SAtk, 252 Spd
- Tri Attack
- Ice Beam
- Thunderbolt
- Dark Pulse
Be careful with this one - Porygon-Z´s speed isn´t that good, but its defences are bad. If you wanna try Modest, you should give it a Choice Scarf or have some way to give it more speed.
Yanmega
Modest@item?
Speed Boost
6 HP, 252 SAtk, 252 Spd
- Air Slash
- Bug Buzz
- Hypnosis
- ???
Hypnosis´ accuracy isn´t good... how about giving it Wide Lens then? For the 4th move, maybe Protect would be nice... So, if you´re facing a faster foe, just Protect once and Speed Boost will make you faster than the foe.
Forretress
Impish@item?
Sturdy
129 HP, 129 Atk, 252 Def
- Stealth Rock
- Spikes
- Gyro ball
- Explosion
Looks nice... I would prefer Rapid Spin - Stealth Rock would destroy Weavile and Yanmega -, but it´s just my opinion. It´s looking good anyways.
Dusknoir
Careful@item?
Pressure
158 HP, 100 Def, 252 SDef
- Pain Split
- Thunderpunch
- Shadow Punch
- Will-o´Wisp
Nice. Maybe 252 efforts in HP and SDef would be even better. You don´t need to worry so much with defence because Will-o´Wisp cuts the target´s Atk in half. The item? Leftovers, surely.
In general, I just think that you should use a water pokemon. Half of your team is weak to fire, and only Garchomp can switch into a fire move without being too damaged.

Here are my suggestions:
-Forretress
You should place the 252 EPs on its HP instead of its defense. This will make it more durable.I would also suggest Shed Shell because of the Magnezone threat and Rapid Spin over Stealth Rock (or Spikes if you want)
-Garchomp
He should be Jolly because Speed is everything in this generation.Consider Fire Fang as a possible move over Stone Edge, because you won't be able to hit Bronzong without it.
-Dusknoir
About the EPs, choose between defense and Sp.Defense and put them there and on HP.Spliting them will meke both your defenses Average and none of them excellent.Pursuit is quite a good idea here.
-Gyarados
Focus Sash is wasted on Gyarados.Wacan Berry could do the work (if you fear electricity) with such a good HP and Sp.Defense.A life Orb could also be good.
For your last Pokemon, Electivire (wich is already suggested) is a good and very expectable combo with Gyarados, but if you want a Special Sweeper in place of Porygon Z here it is:
Gengar@Life Orb
Timid Nature
252 Speed, 252 SP.Attack, 4 HP
Shadow Ball
Thunderbolt
Energy Ball
Destiny Bond
An excellent Special Sweeper with the advantage of Destiny Bond. One of my favourite Pokemon and a great addition to any team.

Sorry, Blue, I´ll have to reply somethings you said []
Putting 252 EPs on HP will make Forretress resistant to both special and physical moves. But 252 EPs on Def, will make it almost untouchable by physical moves. You can choose: a pokemon with good resistance to any move or a pokemon immunine to physical moves and fragile to special ones.
I would agree with this if the pokemon in question hadn´t Will-o´Wisp... Will-o´Wisp will make Dusknoir´s defence a lot higher (indirectly, of course), so it may be a better idea to max its HP and SDef.
About Electivire... maybe Jolteon would be better. You have only a special sweeper in your team the way it is now. It´s not good to waste Electivire´s high Atk to make it a special sweeper, imo. Jolteon may not be as strong as Electivire, but it´s faster and recovers HP when hit by electric moves.

Jolteon should be Timid, surely. A timid Jolteon is a stronger opponent against Aerodactyl - both can OHKO each other, so the faster one wins.
Well, the moveset is good... maybe you should replace Wish with an Ice Hidden Power, if you´re lucky enough to get it.
