Looks good... Nice idea with Spikes, Stealth Rock and Skarmbliss.Toungue
Well, but it´s not good enough... xD I´ll give you some tips:
Never use Hyper Beam, Giga Impact, Frenzy Plant... well, moves that make you waste a turn later. It´s too risked, specially if you need your Swellow alive. It´s risked because it makes you don´t be able to defend, attack or switch in the next turn, on which the foe may kill Swellow, recover itself or anything else.
About Swellow... I don´t think that Substitute is a nice idea. If you at least had some item that works if your HP is low, like a Liechi Berry, but you don´t, so it´s a waste of time - Swellow´s defences are low, so anything could easily break the substitute. Endeavor is a good move, but it may mean that you´re killing yourself - if your HP is low and you use it, you´ll damage severely the foe, but won´t kill it. Then, it will KO you. But it´s a good idea anyways. Ah, and replace Sitrus Berry with something else. 30 HP recovery is too little.
Metagross looks good. But if you have a Liechi Berry, use it instead of Scope Lens.
Gengar´s substitute is useless without focus punch. How about Destiny Bond? If you fight something that you can´t win (like Snorlaxes), it´s really helpful. About it´s nature, prefer Timid. It´s because that if your timid Gengar fights a modest Starmie or Alakazam (2 deadly opponents to Gengar0, you´ll be faster than them. Otherwise, they´ll be faster than you.
Replace Dragonite´s Outrage with Dragon Claw. Outrage traps you, so the foe is free to switch out for a bulky water and KO you with Ice Beam, for example. And why does it have a Chesto Berry? If you wanna be protected from status ailments, try a lum berry instead.
Skarmory is really slow, so it won´t make difference if it´s jolly or not. Prefer using more EVs on defence and attack. And give a leftovers to Skarmory.Wink
also, dont use sludge bomb on gengar. poison is a horrible offensive type, as it only ko's grass types, and he doesnt need to fear many of them.

Hope it looks better now. I can't decide about my last poke. I'm thinking of Metagross, Heracross, Garchomp, Milotic and Glaceon. What do you think?
gengar cant learn ice beam. and substitute is virtually useless on fast pokemon with poor defenses. replace it with thunderbolt, psychic, or energy ball. jumpluff isnt good on offence, even if its ev trained in sp.atk. and if you would use a grass sweeper( i only call it a sweeper because it is sp.atk trained) giga drain is the worse grass type move to use( im not stating the obvious, bullet seed, absorb, etc.). energy ball is the best for special grass types. big root wont make much a difference either. you might as well go with aluado's moveset.
i wish there was a better flying type move for dragonite. even with stab, i is still not tat powerful. its not your fault, and i would keep it, i just wish it were more powerful.
I think Dragonite looks good. Aerial Ace isn´t the most powerful flying move, but it never misses! It´s awesome against foe that love using Double Team.
Well, your Gengar doesn´t need any EVs on Atk - needs on SAtk instead. If you don´t know which moves you should choose, how about Shadow Ball, Focus Blast, Thunderbolt and Destiny Bond? Or you could use Energy Ball, for catching Swamperts. But Destiny Bond is really useful, since it may save you (it saved me a lot of times, believe me).
Well, unfortunately, Jumpluff has only one good stat... speed. And it´s SDef is medium, while its HP and Def are a little below average and the Atk/SAtk is low.
I suggest this moveset (my favorite one, hehe)
Jolly@Leftovers
Leaf Guard/Chlorophyll
252 HP, 6 Def, 252 Spd
- Encore
- Aerial Ace
- Leech Seed
- Sleep Powder
Well, Jumpluff is so fast that many foes won´t have time to do anything against Jumpluff without falling asleep first. Encore is really useful to disrupt a baton passing strategy or an annoyer moveset (like, you fight a Smeargle and it uses Lock On - it´s getting ready for a Sheer Cold. So, you encore it and it keeps using lock on Wink) Leech Seed is basic and useful for grass pokemon, specially against pokemon with a large HP (Blissey, Drifblim, Snorlax...). I prefer Aerial Ace over Giga Drain or Substitute because Giga Drain has only 8 PP (the max, I mean) and with Substitute, Jumpluff has nothing to do after putting the foe to sleep snd leech seeding it. And if the foe tries a Substitute, you can encore them and break it with aerial ace more than if you tried with giga drain.
The rest of the team looks great.
About the last pokemon, I think it should be a special sweeper, since only Gengar is your special attacker. Both Milotic and Glaceon look good, though.

Hey, talking about Milotic, how about this moveset?
Bold@Flame Orb
Marvel Scale
252 HP, some SDef and the rest on SAtk
- Recover
- Mirror Coat
- Surf
- Ice Beam/Aqua Ring
Well, Flame Orb activates marvel scale´s effect of rising defence. It´ll hurt me too, so Recover or/and Aqua Ring is a must. Mirror Coat is still a good idea against special sweepers (although there are physical grass and electric moves now). I would give enough SDef EVs for letting Milotic´s SDef be equal to its Def while Marvel Scale is in effect.
What do you think?
Thank you very much Aluado. Oh, about Gengar I wrote attack by mistake. I wanted to write Spattack but I forgot the Sp. And I think I'll choose Milotic. But, how does Mirror Coat work?I 'll give an exmple and I want you to tell me if I'm correct.
1st:My opponent uses thunderbolt and I take the damage
2nd: I use mirror coat and my opponent takes damage too.
Your enemy attacks with a special move and if you used Mirror Coat at the same turn you take the Damage and you also return it doubled to your opponent
...And Mirror Coat is always used after the foe attacks, in the same way that Quick Attack is always used before the foe attacks.
hey, would that one berry work with milotic? the berry that makes pokemontake damage if they use a sp. attack? the rowap berry? it a one time use, i know, but would it be good? and how do you get it?
I prefer the flame orb because i want to activate its ability immediately and even if I lose HP I refill them Smile
no i wasnt telling you to use it, i was wondering if that would ever go good ith mirror coat. i was actually asking.
I would like some help here. I have a Blissey Impish nat. with very good Ivs and also ev trained. I was thinking of this moveset:

Seismic Toss
Thunderwave
Softboiled
Stealth Rock
But I didn't know that it can't learn S.T in Pokemon D/P. Any suggestions? I was thinking of return or Flamethrower 'cause none of my other team's pokemon know a single fire move.
Also should I replace thunder wave with sing?
no to feturn or flamethrower. you have an impish nature, which lowers spatk. plus, blisseys atk is mediocre. thunder bolt>sing, b/c sing has bad acc. i dont know a good replacement for seismic toss, so let nm2 or aluado give more advice.
Yeah, it´ll be pretty tough to know a good move to your Blissey...Toungue I´ll research a little and I´ll help you later, ok? Wink
Ok. Seems I'll make another Blissey with seismic toss and keep this for my Uber team. I still need some advice foe the Impish nat. Blissey, though Smile
