The Italian GameStop site has launched its pre-orders for Pokémon Black and White and they’ve listed March 25, 2011 as their release date. The date matches the originally announced “Q1 2011” so we can assume it’s valid.
Since the games are usually released in North America before they hit the European shelves, you Americans can also make a good estimation about when you will be able to obtain the new Pokémon games.
In other news, the third game of the Pokémon Ranger series, Pokémon Ranger: Guardian Signs, has been available in the European market since yesterday. Along with it, the first two event missions (“Deoxys and the Odd Temple” and “Protect the Blue Sphere!”) are available for download via Wi-Fi. Once completed, you will be able to transfer Deoxys and a Manaphy egg to any of your Gen IV Pokémon games. The ending date of these missions is currently unknown so be sure to download them!
Update: The ending date of the Pokémon Ranger: Guardian Signs downloadable missions is now known. All of the missions will be available until January 11, 2011, regardless of their starting dates, both for North American and European games.
