Ruby and Sapphire got released a week before and many things have been revealed: 200 catchable Pokemon, 386 in total. Yes all old ones are in the game but not catchable, this means that they will probably be available through a GameCube game or special events. We, once again come before all others and reveal a new location of the Houen map: a secret island in the sea, a shrine of a mythical Pokemon perhaps. See the shots below and decide yourself.
