Your Sceptile has focus punch? But do you use a move like Substitute for granting your focus punch won't fail?
i dont use it often. i have been thinking about changing it for the longest of time, but meh. i cant think of a new move. maybe ill make the last move solarbeam and focus/p be sunny/d.
Be careful with Sunny Day, though. If another grass pokémon with chlorphyll (like a ph/sw Tropius) or a resistant fire one (like Torkoal) comes, you'll have problems...
ahh dont worry. you dont have to tell me to think about torkoal. thats why they made kyogre have drizzle. and kyogre never dies, quite literally.

Oops! Be careful. If you'll use these 3 in the same team... You have 2 psychics, so more than the half of the team is weak against dark/bug.

A flying one will be a bad idea. To many pokémon weak for electric moves.
For Lapras, I suggest: Surf, Confuse Ray, Ice Beam and Perish Song. I would out Whirlpool, but it can't learn anymore...
