Yup, it won't flee. Same with Arena Trap, unless it's Flying-type/has Levitate.

If the OT (Original Trainer) and the ID are yours,then you can.
If not,you can't.

Nobody has OT of VGC09 because it was giving at the pokemon championship 2009.But it may have an exception i don't know i really want to have one in my party with nickname:Oceania

Even if somebody had "VGC09" as an OT name, they would still not be able to nickname the Pokémon. Events can't be nicknamed.

They are being paid to spam their links in random forums/blogs. We try to delete their accounts and links as soon as we find them.
