Is there someone in Pokemon B/W that rewards your Pokemon for it's efforts after it has all 510 EVs?

OH COME ON!
So there's no way to know if my Pokemon has been fully EV trained? I think I might have messed up at some point.

And in this building there is a girl which will tell you that x Pokémon has put in a great effort if it has full EVs. Same goes for the opposite version.

I read a few things on smogon and I kept on seeing the word phazing pop up. Does anyone know what it means?
18-03-2012, 09:26 PM
Phaze (started as p-haze) means pseudo-Haze. The move Haze removes the stat boosts any Pokémon has gained (Swords Dance, Nasty Plot, etc). Pseudo-Hazing is to indirectly remove the stat boosts, without using Haze. The most common "phazing" moves are Roar and Whirlwind, they force the opponent's Pokémon out and it loses its boosts.
