There is not such site because the Emerald sprites are using a different animation system than the one used in Crystal. It is too much data to upload and believe me, if it was that easy, Arty2 would have alrady uploaded them in the site's Dex.

YOu can fo to your taskbar "File" and "Save Page As...".
