i will watch only the dub anyway, so yeah let's hope they change the girly voice.
Something just occurred to me.
Why would Mewtwo and Genesect be in the same region?
Why would a bio-weapon/genetic experiment created by Team Rocket have a brand new forme not known since Red/Blue?
The only reason Mewtwo is there is because it's trying to stop Genesect from destroying the city. It understands that Genesect and itself don't truly belong to this world because they were both created/altered by man. It's like when Mew appears to battle Mewtwo in the movie, Mewtwo Strikes Back. They don't belong to the same region but when a crisis appears sometimes legendaries go to the other regions to prevent something catastrophic from happening. It happens in Giratina and the Sky Warrior too. The Regi's, Ho-oh, and Lugia travel to Sinnoh.
It's not that uncommon. Even in the games it happens. In Soulsilver/Heartgold/Black2/White2 when Latios and Latias appear. Groudon, Kyogre and Rayquaza appear in Soulsilver/Heartgold. Cresselia, Uxie, Azlef, Mespirit, Heatran, the Regi's and Regigigas appear in Black2/White2.
There's probably more crossovers as well, these are the only ones that come to mind.

In other words, any legendary can be in any region if the need is great enough.
Well, Mewtwo's alignment is chaotic/evil, so I'm surprised that Mewtwo is preventing death and destruction when it was genetically bred for its violent tendencies, and when it obliterated a Rocket Pokemon lab, killed everyone inside, and wrecked the Pokemon Mansion on Cinnabar. Even if Mewtwo had a change of heart and decided to live its life like a Pokemon instead of killing everything because of an eternal vendetta against man, I would doubt that Mewtwo would go all the way out of its way to save a city from Genesect.
Maybe its new form is related to a kinder attitude and change of alignment? No, that would be too Disney for Nintendo. It's a possibility, though...

+1
Also this mewtwo could be a different mewtwo than the one we already know.

Ooh... Burn...
Actually, I just watched Mewtwo Returns. You may be on to something. (But I am not changing my sig.)
Anyway, even if Mewtwo did have a change of heart, and turned good or went vigilante or something, that's all fine and dandy, but what in the world would he be doing with a new forme?

Considering the fact tha Ash recognises it, it is propably the same Mewtwo

Well we don't really know for sure that mewtwo is the only mewtwo and ash recognized mewtwo cause he has already seen one, anyway we'll learn when the movie is released.

Well, considering that only one Mewtwo has been known to exist, and none were known even to Mewtwo's creators (any Mewthrees would have been destroyed when Mewtwo blew up the lab), it is unlikely that there is another Mewtwo that can change its form. So, that leaves the "new form" matter unanswered.

You never know my friend, you never know.
Well, Nintendo is getting unpredictable...
It just goes to show that Mewtwo is the Ultimate Pokemon. It's been around since the beginning and we are just now finding out it has another form. It's cunning and could have very well cloned itself.
It cloned itself... and now it has a new form? I don't think cloning works like that...
It could have changed the clone's DNA so it could change form. You know like in the movie where all the clones were stronger than the originals. I think that if you altered the DNA enough that it could be possible. Nintendo does some surprising things so it's not impossible.
