Edit @ 00:30: In the trailer for next week's episode, it also showed a battle where Mewtwo Mega Evolved while promising a shocking revalation about Mega Evolution, but they covered up the result of the evolution, with the host Shokotan seeming shocked. We'll get more information on this throughout the week so keep checking back.
I bet it's the form that resembles Mew's design that the Pokebeach Informant mentioned.

Shiny Fennekin (the basic Fire type starter in Kalos) is black.
Shiny Charizard (the fully evolved Fire type starter in Kanto) is black.
As for the name of my character,either Leo or Hachi or 8hachi8
Now,let's wait for Sceptile's and Swampert's Mega evolution.If Blaziken has one,then the other 2 Hoenn starters must have a Mega Evolution.
What about the Johto and Sinnoh starters?Or the Unova starters?
Also,will we see a Mega Evolution of Arceus?

Technically, neither of them are black.
Charizard is a purplish-grey and Fennekin is purple.

10:49: Chigorasu hasa new ability 'Hard Chin' that increases attack power. Amarusu has Freeze Skin is the Ice version of Normalize. Torimian has Fur Coat which reduces physical damage and apparently with "trimming" you can change its appearance. Nyaonikusu has Keen Eye or Infiltrator
10:45: In addition to this, some anime details were shown. Mega Blaziken was shown on the new anime poster, alongside Clemont and a new female. Like the above, this isn't 100% confirmed but comes from the same person as the cover, so don't count it as 100% confirmed yet

@NM2 we don't know about the final evolution of the starters, it's their "stage 1" evolutions that we are talking about.
