According to the legit informant on Pokebeach, there's 2 new forms, the one we've seen and another that's supposed to resemble Mew.

And then Mewtwo in the movie it's another Mewtwo

Pokexperto posted the japanese names of 14 new Pokémon, they are unconfirmed as of now but judging by previous leaks from the same site, they are quite likely to be real.
